Dear One: We’re so glad to see you joyous these days. We know it has a long hard haul for you lately, but we would gently like to remind you that YOU have chosen this path! Others may choose a moonlit cruise on the ocean, being waited on, pampered and babied, and that is fine for them! But not you - no, you strapped on your sturdy hiking boots, put on your big-brimmed hat, and heavy backpack and took to the mountains. But it wasn’t just one mountain that you were slated to climb, but several. It was a veritable spiritual mountain range! And did you have your times when you doubted your choice of destination? Of course! You dreamed of the oceanside and the drinks with umbrellas in them, sighed, longed for, berated yourself for your stupidity. But we ask you now - do you still think your decision to take this course was stupid? We think not. For you knew what was on the other side of the mountain range, and you knew that you wanted it more than you’ve wanted anything else since Time began.
What is it that you know is there for you? Nothing less than You, in your glorious totality of Being, shining pure White Golden Light. You’re walking easily down the very last mountain, and yes, you’re tired, and sweating and dirty, but you also feel the sense of relief that you have done it! You have conquered the Mountain Range of density and forgetfulness. You have trudged faithfully and forcefully into that Land of Awakening you have previously only dreamt about. You see things clearly, you are connected, you FEEL the Love. NOW you understand it all, do you not? This last mountain - oh, it was a doozy! Totally STRAIGHT UP - you had to climb the rocks with your ropes and clampons. Your arms shook (didn’t you feel achey in your elbow joints?), your breath was short (didn’t you feel a tight chest?) you were worried you would fall (haven’t you had trouble sleeping?) you thought and thought about the journey (didn’t you have excess thoughts running through your head?), you got altitude sickness (weren’t you dizzy and nauseous?). Yes - it was difficult, but remember that you had Expert Climbers with you, and they took care of you, you were protected from all danger, and you made the summit so quickly! It was as a blink of your eye (Susie’s note: yeah, only 8 weeks - just an eyeblink!), in the big scheme of things.
Rest, dear one, rest well - you have journeyed far. You have arrived at this Place. When you are rested, you can begin preparations to greet everyone else who will be arriving eventually. You will make the beds, put out the soaps, cook the meal, air out the houses, put on the soft music, so when the weary travelers begin arriving, you will be there to greet them with your beautiful smile and a hug. You are so dear to us, you know - love love and more love. Breathe well and be at peace - you ARE Home. We love you so…
