I couldn’t take it anymore - I wrote a letter to the editor. I hope he prints it - fast. It’s past due - WAY past due. What am I talking about? This lopsided, deceptive reporting of the news. Now it’s just downright LIES, and I can feel the power surging up from my Core and out through my fingers. Hiney swiney - H1N1 - sure, I was watching it last April when we didn’t know what it was going to do, but then it was reported milder than the seasonal flu so I calmed down. It made its way through the Southern Hemisphere without much trouble. Then CDC reported (I read it on their website - it’s not hearsay) that 95% of all flu-like symptoms are now H1N1 so they stopped calling for testing and told everyone just to assume if they felt badly, it was H1N1. Then CBS came out with an investigative story (I read the story from CBS directly - no hearsay) that they asked CDC for confirmation on H1N1, and CDC wouldn’t return their phone calls, so CBS contacted each of the states separately and got their numbers for confirmed H1N1 cases. Hardly ANY were confirmed! So NOW no one’s got it - it’s not dangerous or prevalent, but STILL the CDC urges everyone to get the vaccine to protect themselves because, well, they HAVEN’T gotten it yet so need to be protected.
Wait - so it’s confirmed mild, it’s confirmed not prevalent (not IS prevalent - we don’t know for sure because the CDC urged no more testing - we just can’t be sure), but still Obama has declared a national emergency!!! I will be frank - these kind of strange, deceitful, overblown, secret tactics scare the hell out of me. I always strive to respect and support the office of the Presidency, but I will also be honest about how I’m feeling right now. I don’t trust certain people in authority, and I must say I’ve never felt this way before, but I think it’s good. I actually think this fearmongering and lying, deceit and ulterior motives are forcing us to wake up, QUICK, and see what’s actually going on. It’s easier to see that we’re trying to be manipulated, and easy to see that those in authority probably don’t have our best interests at heart. I just read an Oct. 8 article from a White House reporter that says the First Children haven’t gotten the H1N1 vaccine yet. DUH - they claim it’s because there isn’t enough vaccine for them, because they aren’t in high risk groups. Right - they don’t have vaccine for the most important kids in the United States. I’m not buying it. Are you? When I tried to read the comments from the article, I couldn’t. When I tried to read the complete article (not just the first paragraph), I couldn’t. Everything about that article was dead. At least they posted the article in the first place.
Why the secrets? Why the lies? Why the conflicting information? Why the coverups? Why the two-steps? What is everyone so afraid of? That we WON’T get the vaccine and they’ll be stuck with billions of dollars of useless drugs? That we won’t listen to what they’re telling us, just because they say they know what’s best? I honestly don’t think in this case ‘they’ know what’s best. Bill and I have been ‘working’ with this respiratory/coughing thing for two months now, and I STILL would NEVER get the H1N1 vaccine. I’ll take my chances trusting my body and helping and supporting it. In all fairness, I DID take Bill to the doctor and she put him on antibiotics, so I’m not totally ANTI-doctor. Some of my best friends are doctors and I love them dearly. They play a very crucial role in our lives, but they are not gods. They do not know what’s best for us. WE know what’s best for us. Obama does not know what’s best for us. WE know what’s best for us. No government or politician or doctor or ANYONE can force us to do anything that we believe inherently dangerous. My theory is that over the next two weeks we’ll see the flu cases subsiding, and by the time they crank out enough of all of these different untested vaccines, people will see that there’s no need for them anymore, and unless the government still tries to force us to get the shot (which would be TOTAL insanity at this point), we’re all done with this mess. I think the rest of the world think the US is REALLY stupid to continue to instill fear and panic where there currently is no crisis. I think we’re all learning important, crucial lessons right now. Before we may have been treated like little children in a large family. Government was like our parents, doing what they wanted in exchange for ‘taking care of us because they’re in charge and know what’s best,’ but now that’s changed - we ‘kids’ have grown up, and we’re not satisfied to be spoonfed and lied to anymore. And although we’re grown up and out on our own now, isn’t that a more empowered place to be, anyway? I don’t mind growing up - I like using my brain and making my own conscious, informed decisions. Empowered = filled with power, power that comes from being aligned with and IN the energy flowing out of our Souls into us in our physical bodies. Power that comes from God (or whatever you call it), moving through us. I’m liking. Not only like - love. And love? Why, that’s the most powerful thing in the whole Universe, I believe. Again, everything I say is only that - what I believe. We’re all different, and entitled to our opinions. What do YOU think?
