Bill’s had his cough since the end of August. First it was H1N1, then pneumonia, then allergies turned into asthma, then… I don’t know. Allergy shots weren’t helping that much, and he looked pale to me, with dark circles under his eyes. He said he felt fine. But I knew he wasn’t fine. It was that darn cough. We tried everything - Eastern, Western, New Age, Old Age, up, down, all around. Nothing. We got a humidifier for his room. We got an air purifier for his room. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Every morning he’d wake up with a cough. Some days were better than others. It wasn’t until finally Maggie (smart Maggie, remember? I talk about her all the time) said, “Try having him wear a Bio-Shield when he’s on his computer.” Ah. He’s on his computer doing game programming hours a day (I know - but please don’t lecture me - he loves his programming - we DO get exercise, too). I thought, “Why not? We’ve tried almost everything else.” As another wise friend always says: can’t hurt, may help. The first evening he wore it. I told him, “You don’t have to tell anybody about this, but please promise me you’ll wear this when you’re on your computer.” he promised. Why not tell anyone? I will not lie - there are those close to us who would mock and tease for my ‘alternative’ ways, but I really don’t care. I just don’t really want my 10 year old teased about it.
It wasn’t until the next morning that I realized I hadn’t heard him cough since the morning before. By last night I noticed he hadn’t coughed a single cough since he’d been wearing the Bio-Shield. We’ll see how it keeps going, but for right now, this is nothing short of a HUGE miracle in my books. Here’s the deal: you can say that he just happened to get over this mysterious cough at exactly the same time he started wearing the Bio-Shield. You can say that it was the power of suggestion that he wouldn’t cough anymore if he wore it, so the whole coughing thing was just in his head. You can say it’s impossible for anything like that to work. But I’m telling you - it WORKED where nothing else did. And trust me, we tried EVERYTHING.
How does the Shield work? We’re simply energy beings, and as such, we are surrounded by our own little electrical field. That field is bombarded 24/7 by electro magnetic frequencies in the form of cell phones, regular cordless phones, computers, TVs, satellites, and on and on and on and on. If you believe (okay, I believe) that as we energetically expand more and more that our higher energy frequencies in our energy systems (body/mind/spirit combo) are affected, increasingly we will need to turn to those things that will effect a positive change on those higher levels. What else affects those higher levels? Homeopathics BIGTIME for me - in fact, almost the only things that DO help anymore for my ‘aillments.’ Reiki, Healing Touch, cranial sacral, acupuncture and acupressure, Rolfing - there are a ton more, but all affect the energy fields, not only the physical body. In fact, I think that’s why medicine and doctors are having trouble diagnosing, treating and curing things lately - there’s just too much of this stuff that’s not only found on the physical plane, which is the only thing that standardized medicine deals with.
But in my world it’s all really COOL, because then our healing is deeper, more complete, if it goes to ALL levels, not just the physical. After all, our ‘problems’ (I call them imbalances) start WAY out in our energy field, to allow for easy correction. It’s not until we keep ignoring the signs that we are out of balance that we eventually feel it in our physical bodies. But we still need to treat the imbalance at the source. If our car is out of alignment, it doesn’t help to just keep correcting our steering to keep us on the road. We will keep veering off the road until we correct the alignment within the car itself. See? Cool, huh?
So I’m in awe today. Not only of Maggie (for sure, she’s awesome), but of this whole process that keeps unfolding in my consciousness, almost as if by magic, because in a very real sense, this really IS magic, but it’s real, not a magician’s secrets. This is the for-real, honest-to-goodness, something out of nothing stuff that our eyes can’t see, our senses can’t perceive in the physical world. This is all the subtle, invisible stuff that is felt in our bodies and understood in our minds. It is seen when we close our eyes and just sit. And it’s just magical, it really is. Am I happy Bill’s not coughing anymore? I can’t tell you how I’ve worried about it. Am I surprised that his computer could make him that chronically sick? Yes. But I’m happy that I can tell this story, and maybe help others who may be experiencing the same thing. That’s what this is all good for, and we can all help each other as we navigate these new waters. It’s a learning thing, for sure. I know I’M learning at a faster rate than at any other time in my life, and it’s a little overwhelming at times, in overall simply just glorious. And yes, miraculous!
