WOW and Message from Your Soul – 2.3.11

WOW: alacrity. “lively, eager, promptness in response, cheerful readiness.” Finally! After months of intense energy and difficulties and roadblocks, I see us all like eager puppies ready to go outside into the sunshine for a nice long walk. The wait is somewhat over, unless you have more blocks to unblock (which we probably all do for a while yet). Some sense of enthusiasm and optimism is returning, and you probably feel as if you can breathe easier. It doesn’t feel so much like you’re constantly walking into the wind.

Message from Your Soul – Dear Ones: take a deep breath. You have just walked through a major shift in perception. What once seemed dark now feels light. What once felt impossible now feels doable. You deserve this break. Nobody toils permanently at their work. Everyone gets to sit and rest, drink some lemonade and enjoy the sun. Are you taking advantage of your rest time? Are you maintaining a workable schedule that allows for rest and fun? Are you lowering your unreasonable expectations? Are you making time for just sitting, or whatever brings you peace?

These are all key right now, as you are making preparations for your next step. Do you understand the process now? You present things to heal, unblock, then release. Then you expand. Then you recuperate. Then you look around in amazement at the changes you are experiencing. Then you start again! Everyone has their unique process, so it does no good to state specifics. Just know that you are doing beautifully as you continue to unfold. Rest when you can, and smile often. Be well. Be.

Ascension Symptoms: current symptoms people are experiencing are anxiety, fatigue (a constant), neck, shoulder and back issues, stomach problems (getting rid of the old stuff), and strange dreams. As always, these symptoms vary from person to person. You may have others, some of these, or all of these. I’ve found the best thing to ‘do’ with these symptoms is to breathe deeply, open up to whatever is needing to clear, and above all, TRUST your body to do what it needs to do to clear the energetic debris from your body and life. It’s easy to say, a lot harder to DO, especially when you’re in the thick of it, and wondering if you’re either really sick or just crazy (brain fog, anyone?).

For example, today I was trying to recall the name of the kind of car whose top comes down. Uhm, Cadillac, no. Sportscar, no. I can see it in my mind’s eye, but can’t think of the name. Oooooooh - convertible. Yup - that’s says it all right there. Forgetting names of things, forgetting what day it is, forgetting what you are supposed to be doing during the day, forgetting what you were going to get in the front room, just standing there, looking around, hoping something will jar your memory. Sometimes you remember, sometimes you don’t! That’s a big symptom right now. But just hang in there - a lot of people are going through what you’re experiencing. You’re not alone. That could/should make you feel some better, doesn’t it? I know it makes me feel better.
